As the September 2nd deadline approaches for the Twin Towers Go Global 10th anniversary open call – a competition where people help us imagine the Twin Towers rebuilt around the world, we are proud to announce the confirmed jury participation of photographer Jonathan Hyman; 9/11 listserv “Cybrarian” Arnold Korotkin; 9/11 survivor and published author Michelle Cruz Rosado; Twin Towers II designer Ken Gardner, whose plan received 92% of the popular vote in a 2009 MSNBC poll; Yes Men founders Andy Bichlbaum and Mike Bonanno; and last but not least, tireless co-founders of the grassroots organization The Twin Towers Alliance, Margaret Donovan and Richard Hughes. Jurors yet to confirm with us, but already invited, are Former Mayor of New York City Rudolph Giuliani; businessman and outspoken supporter of rebuilding the Twin Towers, Donald Trump; Colbert Nation‘s Stephen Colbert; and Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly. Resident artist Jessye McDowell, and Duke University professor Pedro Lasch, whose idea of rebuilding the Towers around the world in 2001 inspired the formation of Twin Towers Go Global in 2006, will also serve on the jury as representatives of the organization.
